For cancellations made 21 days or more prior to the arrival date, the advance deposit is refundable (less any bank/ admin charges).
For cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, there will be a charge of 50% of the total cost of the Cancelled booking (less any bank/ admin charges).
The total cost of the booking is charged in the case of a no-show or early departure.
